EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING FACILITIES

Itjareng Vocational Training Centre

The "Itjareng Vocational Training Centre" is situated at Masianokeng Village, about 15 km east of Maseru and approximately 5-10 km from the International Airport. The facility was established in 1986 by the Lesotho National Association of the Physically Disabled (LNAPD)

Mohloli Bophelo Rehabilitation and Training Centre (MBTC)

Established in 2000, Mohloli oa Bophelo Rehabilitation and Training Centre (MBTC) is dedicated to the visually impaired people of Lesotho. Situated at Ha Ts`osane, in the district of Maseru, it is the only centre of this kind in the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho. Currently, MBTC accommodates 40 students of all ages who are  trained in candle making, Braille Literacy, sewing, knitting, home economics, orientation and mobility, and computer skills.
